Radio DJ and television presenter Roman Kemp has triumphed on The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer, taking home the coveted title of Star Baker in the latest episode of the hit Channel 4 show.
Competing alongside broadcaster Sarah Beeny, acclaimed actress Maxine Peake, and comedian-journalist Amelia Dimoldenberg, Kemp impressed the judges with his standout bakes, including his now-viral ice cream cupcakes.
Each week, four celebrity contestants tackle three intense challenges the Signature, Technical, and Showstopper with one emerging as the ultimate Star Baker by the end of the episode.
This year, Paul Hollywood returns as judge, but with a change in the judging lineup. Stepping in for Prue Leith is Caroline Waldegrave OBE, a distinguished culinary expert and former co-owner of Leith’s School of Food and Wine. Together, Hollywood and Waldegrave assess the celebrity bakers as they put their skills to the test in support of cancer research.

Sunday’s baking challenges had the contestants whipping up a batch of cupcakes, flapjacks, and a biscuit-based showstopper. However, it was Kemp’s ice cream cupcakes that stole the show, earning high praise from both the judges and viewers at home.
