Emmy Award-winning comedian Trevor Noah is returning to the Grammy Awards for what is being described as his final run as host before the ceremony transitions to a new broadcast home.
The Recording Academy and CBS announced that Noah will host the Grammy Awards one “final” time on Sunday, Feb. 1. This marks his sixth time serving as host, a role he first took on in 2021 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Noah will also serve as an executive producer of the show, which will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and air live on the CBS Television Network from 8–11:30 p.m. ET / 5–8:30 p.m. PT.
Executive producer Ben Winston of Fulwell Entertainment praised Noah’s tenure, saying, “I am beyond thrilled to welcome Trevor Noah back to host the Grammys for his sixth, and sadly, final time. He’s been the most phenomenal host of the show. He’s so smart, so funny, and such a true fan of the artists and music. His impact on the show has been truly spectacular, and we can’t wait to do it together one last time.”
The upcoming ceremony will be the last Grammy Awards broadcast on CBS after more than five decades on the network. Beginning next year, the awards show will move under Disney’s umbrella following a new 10-year deal announced in 2024.
The show will air live on CBS and will also be available to stream on Paramount+, with live and on-demand access for Premium subscribers and on-demand access the day after airing for Essential subscribers.
The 2026 Grammy nominations are led by Kendrick Lamar with nine nominations. Lady Gaga follows with seven, alongside producers Jack Antonoff and Cirkut. Other top nominees include Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter, Leon Thomas, Serban Ghenea, Clipse, Doechii, SZA, Turnstile, Tyler, the Creator, Souwave, and Andrew Watt.
Performers and presenters are expected to be announced in the coming days.
The 2026 Grammy Awards will be produced by Fulwell Entertainment for the Recording Academy, with Ben Winston, Raj Kapoor, Jesse Collins, and Trevor Noah serving as executive producers.
