Big Brother contestant George has broken his silence after being removed from the house following what ITV described as “unacceptable language and behaviour.”
The decision came after George allegedly made remarks that left his fellow housemates “horrified.” Sources told The Sun that his comments were “offensive” and “could be interpreted as antisemitic,” prompting producers to call him to the Diary Room and eject him immediately.

Speaking after his exit, George said:
As a flag bearer of freedom of speech I never hesitate to discuss and question any topic regardless of how contentious it may be. Sadly, the boundaries of what is deemed offensive are subjective and I evidently went too far this time by crossing their line one too many times.
He added:
It is a shame that specific debate could not be had and that it has had to end like this. Infamy, infamy, they’ve all got it in for me.
It’s understood that tonight’s episode will include scenes featuring George, though the comments that led to his removal will not be aired.
Earlier this week, Big Brother viewers saw George receive an official warning. In footage from the Diary Room, Big Brother told him:
George, before you entered the Big Brother House, the rules regarding unacceptable language and behaviour were explained to you. Big Brother needs to talk to you about a conversation at the dining table last night.
Producers referenced a moment during a game of Truth or Dare, saying:
At 11.26, during a game of Truth or Dare, when asked about your least favourite qualities of other housemates, you said the following, ‘Sam, um too…’, you then went on to mimic Sam using both noises that mocked the way Sam talks and body language that included limp wrists. Do you understand how both your language and behaviour could be offensive to Sam, your housemates and the viewing public?
George responded:
We did have a conversation about this, Sam pulled me to one side. I have apologised.
Sam later became emotional, telling Big Brother:
That impression – it was him doing it – mocking me as if I have some kind of disability or something, which is just like rude anyway. The boys laughing, it just felt like I was back in school again, I think.
Sources also claimed George made comments during a discussion about Pakistani Independence Day that left fellow housemate Zelah uncomfortable. During the debate, George reportedly said the UK needed to “restore the British identity,” adding:
On Pakistani Independence Day in Birmingham, in Manchester, in London, streets were taken up, people waving the Pakistani flag. That’s not … that’s not Britain.
Zelah later told Big Brother he had “never had his Britishness questioned like that.”
ITV has yet to issue an official statement on the matter.
